As a realtor, you need to choose the IDX service that’s right for you, one that you feel most comfortable with.
We have a reseller relationship with IDX Broker, and it’s a great service, but if you like something better, then use it. 
We also like iHomeFinder and provide custom Search Bar setup services for it; you’ll see it mentioned on the page I linked to, as well.
